2. Controller Protocol Mismatch

Symptoms: No response even with correct wiring

Solution: Check your controller settings and enable

"Hall effect throttle" mode. If your controller only supports digital throttles, this product will not work.

3. Improper Installation

Ensure the throttle is fully inserted into the 22mm standard handlebar

Tighten the fixing screw evenly to avoid misalignment of the internal magnet and sensor

Remove any interfering cables that may block throttle movement

4. Voltage Compatibility Issue

This throttle supports 36V-72V systems, but requires a stable 5V reference voltage from the controller

If you experience intermittent failure on 72V systems, check your controller's 5V output
